These terms apply to the Zefmi dictation app and website, operated by FASTCLOUD (UEN 53428940A), Singapore ("we"). By using Zefmi you agree to them.

Your licence

Zefmi is US$5 a month. A subscription gives one person the right to use Zefmi while the subscription is active.

Plans and limits

Zefmi: 40,000 words a month, 3 devices, every language, up to 3 hours of speaking a day.

Word allowances reset on the first day of each month. To keep the service fair for everyone, dictation is also limited to 3 hours a day. A plan is for one person, so please do not share it.

Free trial

You can try Zefmi free for 14 days from your first dictation, on 1 device, with English, Cantonese and Mandarin, up to 1,500 words a day and 10,000 words in total.

Refunds

Your first payment is refundable within 14 days if you email support@zefmi.com. Later months are not refunded: cancel instead.

Using Zefmi fairly

Do not use Zefmi to break the law or to harm others.
Do not share, resell or sublicense your licence.
Do not try to copy, reverse engineer or overload the service.

Changes to the service

We may change features, and the speech and AI providers we use, to keep Zefmi working well. We do not promise features that are not released yet.

No warranty

Speech recognition is not perfect, so check important text before you send it. Zefmi is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for more than the amount you paid for Zefmi.

Ending your use

You can stop using Zefmi and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend a licence that breaks these terms.

Independence

Zefmi was designed and built independently. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other dictation app named on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
